The key focus was the utilisation of Indigenous culturally appropriate approaches to develop the Strategy and ensure no stone was left unturned at all stages of the project.

Tagai Management Consultants partnered with Central Queensland University to design, create and deliver the eQuip Indigenous Business Resilience Program to Queensland Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Arts sector businesses.
The Program brought together various Indigenous and non-Indigenous stakeholders willing to share their experiences and knowledge with the goal of ensuring the resilience and continuing growth of the Queensland Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Arts business sector.
Facilitating Inaugural Torres Strait Fisheries Summit

The Torres Strait Regional Authority were in the process of planning for the inaugural Torres Strait region Fisheries Summit, and Tagai Management Consultants was proud to be awarded the opportunity to develop and facilitate Torres Strait Fisheries Summit which involved Researchers, Government, community leaders and Torres Strait Islander commercial fishers discussing all aspects of the region’s fisheries management and sustainability.
Tagai Management Consultants achieved all the client’s requirements including a consensus regional fisheries management decision that had been unresolved for approximately 15 years.

A multinational technology company engaged Tagai Management Consultants to conduct an Indigenous procurement review and Australian Indigenous sovereign capability work package mapping process in order to develop the Australian Indigenous Supplier Capability to be considered for a multibillion-dollar Defence manufacturing program.
The Defence manufacturing program was awarded to the client and opportunities are now being awarded to Australian Indigenous suppliers within the clients supply chain.
