Reconciliation Action Plan - Airbus Australia Pacific

Tagai Management Consultants (TMC) was humbled to have the opportunity to facilitate the Airbus RAP development journey. Congratulations to Airbus Australia Pacific (AAP) on the launch of their Reconciliation Action Plan (#RAP) during #NAIDOC week.

TMC worked closely with the AAP RAP working group over several iterations to ensure that the RAP reflected AAP commitments and goals. Reconciliation Australia the RAP governing body provided advice and guidance which progressed to final endorsement and publication.
