Project Spotlight: Ipswich Community Visioning Workshop

Tagai Management Consultants (TMC) on behalf of the Ipswich City Council facilitated a Community Visioning workshop with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations, families and leaders.

The workshop was focused on gathering ideas to inform a community vision statement and priorities to inform a 20 year vision and the next iteration of the Ipswich City Council Corporate Plan (5 years).

TMC worked with the Ipswich City Council team to conduct planning and research to ensure that the Workshop approach and ideation sessions were culturally appropriate, culturally safe and considered COVID-19 health and safety requirements.

All brothers and sisters who attended the Workshop shared with the passionate gusto and enthusiasm of a community proud of Ipswich but wanting to see change and be an active part of the evolution of Ipswich and the wider region.
