Tagai Management Consultants (TMC) is a growing company delivering a broad range management consultancy services to companies, government agencies, and communities seeking a collaborative result driven service provider. TMC consult across a broad range of industries including, but not limited to, construction, mining, oil & gas, defence, government, technology, not for profit, and health.
TMC is seeking Expressions of Interest from highly capable consultants with a passion for and/or proven experience in any of the following areas:
Procurement and supply chain management;
Human Resources;
Technology and Innovation;
Corporate Governance;
Education and/or Training;
Community and Stakeholder Engagement;
Ability to connect with diverse groups of people in particular Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, and develop strong relationships;
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the private and/or public sector;
High level of financial knowledge, communication skills with strong attention to detail; and
Able to demonstrate commitment to safety and teamwork.
TMC undertakes travel to city, regional and remote locations including overnight stays and will require occasional travel to remote locations including overnight stays. Some communities have alcohol management plans and restrictions in place. Field work may be subject to travelling over rough and flooded terrain and severe weather conditions, with thunderstorms, monsoon rains and extreme heat.
Supporting your experience diploma or tertiary qualifications in a related discipline are highly advantageous. You should also be an Australian Citizen or permanent residency visa holder.
